EB1 cases takkuva unte almost 70k SO can go to EB2 since the beginning of FY. Remaining SO from EB2 ROW to EB2I is going to trickle slowly. Likewise for EB3.

 

So eb3 can onlly get horizontal so , you think cases only will be processed only in last quarter (if thaat assumption is correct) then next year kudaa assaame

I don’t think they use any existing visa’s. These are SIV (Special Immigration Visa’s) and they expire or give them PR just like 2011 or 2012 Haiti Earthquake they did same and it was expired in 2016 I guess. But that is TPS (Temporary Protected Status).
