EAD will cum regardless but you won't be able to use EAD without approved 140.

By birth Indian citizen ve kada you don't need to prove again. So renouncing foreign citizenship and applying Indian passport is possible without much trouble because you can establish that you were Indian born easily by showing your parent's proof.

I-140 PP (SRC both eb2 and eb3 filed)got rejected for the 6th time .

But good thing is message changed this time saying : we are requesting PERM from other location reapply after 30 days.

What i did different this time : Was asking attorney to include Copy of PERM and letter highlighting that this is downgrade and find PERM from your sources ani.No luck for last 3 times as he was hesitant to send those. This time i was adamant to include this by involving employer and other parties.

 

SO final thoughts for anyone applying PP now   : please ask to include COPY of PERM and Letter highlighting that this is downgrade and reference EB2 approved USCIS Receipt #

Officer varaku vellithe ok but PP's are rejected at lockbox where guys open ur package and see for i-140 if Perm is missing then direct reject they dont care to look weather this is downgrade and locate PERM.This is what i undestood after my journey.

Explicit ga if USCIS is asking to wait 30 days then yes if not you can apply with-in the same week of rejection.

I have ppl sent concurrent PP applicaiton in a gap of week , after one accepted the other can be pulled out or check for the other can be cancelled.

So dont need to , if you think u want to take a chance then go for it
