Without current interview? Strange. Your chances greatly rely on how many months your dates can be current before retrogression begin and probability of FO picking up your case when the date is current. Too much at stake.

Yes , there are many cases if everything submitted, without current interviews are done

Traditionally USCIS went ahead and allocated visa numbers for cases like you even though your date is not current at the time of processing & when they know it will be current in the coming month but your PD is too far from doing it. Once they issue regressed visa it’s almost like 2009/2010 cases where it gets buried down and luck plays bigger role than process.

They are being overlooked with the surge of latest filings. Most of these paper based files are lying below latest ones andhuke you are not able to see constructive outcome of the FIFO
