But yiu have to use ead yiu cannot do primary Jon in h1 and second job on ead

Mittam ead use cheyali (yiu know the pros and cons) you should be fine many people were doing

Pros:

Easy ga job move avachu

no stamping lolli

cons:

two years ki renewal

renewal reject ayithe, either appeal or direct india flight

why did your employer put so much? Mine is just 70k in GC-Labor. This is decent enough for future employment. Are you sure this is not your H1-B labor?
