They did not cover in details. If you change employer, you cannot use AP and H1-B combination. Technically there is no rule but it is problematic in long run when you stay on EAD and they issue audit when the time to actual adjudication.

emo bro mixed opinions unnayi my attorney said differently your class of admission determines your status AP lo Parole ani untadi...you can always keep renewing H1B which doesnt meant you are on H1B approvals are subject to certain criteria and if you fulfill you get approval...but okati matram nijam attorneys encouraging H1B a lot to make money..dont understand whats the point in staying in USA after 485 denial enni years H1 meda untaru ala better to go back

No matter how much extra effort MSC puts to save spill over in last one month, it's not helpful for majority cases. Finger prints and back ground checks faster cheyyaleru kada. It's still dependant on local service centers to take finger prints which are operating at very reduced capacity and efffbeeeye . So MSC vaadu fast gaa process seyyali anukunna his hands are tied.

FB applications numbers are increasing by each day. Since consulates are closed , people are filing AOS from here. 

Also doubt if MSC focusing more on EB applications significantly this quarter. Two people in my office got marriage based GCs this month. And according to them FB processing approvals cases increased this month. They observed that in their forums.
