AOS Applied PD 2011 Eb3 straight June 2021, Bio completed, do you think If at all I have chance by next FY ? Case at NBC.

My Eb2 is current as well, do you think its better to apply EB2 I140 now it selves with current company, or I can switch to old employer who holds Eb2 I140, he is pinging me to come back, can I interfile after Joining, with 485J or do i need to file new I-485. looks Eb2 has advantage next FY. EB3 not sure..

Interfiling 140  is no good bro ani vinikidi (no perosnal expierence but based on readinig) unnecessarily damaging the existing application knowing USCIS

Dont know going back to previous employer and file one more eb2 antha avasarama , you are in good shape MSC lo undi even if you go back file etc ettc chesina or current employer chesina apadi varaki nee eb3 vachestadi MSC lo IMO

(just my thought you are the better judge bro) , if i was you I will just stay relaxed and see what ever happens

Sure bro not going to do anything immediate.. FOMO and old employer tempting me with two jobs..just reality check with SMEs .
