Kudirithey annanu.. so adi gurtunchukondi.. if you leave voluntarily, you will have to lose out on unvested benefits. Many companies use this tactic to woo employees. If you get fired or laid off, all those benefits are vested completely including a couple months of pay. Only caveat is if they can show that you were put on a performance plan and still you did not improve, then they don't need to pay.
