SRC dropped to 50 from 100. Probably relax avtaremo after working so hard for last one year to approve 75-100 a day.

ER has no processing time limits may be you are talking about SR

ER is for expedited request 

SR ante service request 

ER can be raiised any time with emma with valid reasons
