Labour availability still bit of a issue old backlogs losses covering also they might have to pay bit more to available working labour...

New homes ki they have a flexibility to change the price after every three home sales or five.. it’s a known fact and looks like your builder is selling too many homes

Pulte is a good builder and as I said new constructions ki after three homes base rate penchutharu... covid valla most of them are buying homes and demand ekkuva supply thakkuva vundi... also lumber rate perigindhi... 

he might be offering some benefits with new price maybe finished basement or upgraded kitchen like that

Yeah.. Goodallhomes builders kooda.. if they sell two homes.. they increase the price of for the rest of the new homes by $2.5 to 5K based on type of home.

Several factors

  • Low Inventory
  • Shortage of raw materials like Steel and high prices
  • Labor shortage
  • Low bank rates so too much competition
  • Some people have a lot of savings during this Pandemic as they do not have many avenues to spend so home becomes a priority as its accessible and they do not know where else to park that income

Also , builders typically sell 1-2 and then raise prices for the rest , well known trick but here due to the flow of people from citys to suburbs and remote working , prices in suburbs increased by some 10-25% in some hot areas like Austin , Atlanta..

finally , desis egabading like they are free sweets and enrolling themselves in lotteries for these homes :)  just kidding..

so its better to get a new home when they are just starting the venture? so by the end of their completion, your house will appreciate...technically this is guarantied right? looking for a townhome and market is crazy

Guaranteed if its a hot area , in other areas you never know how things will be after 6 months once the vaccine rollout is good and things go back to normal

untill unless the interest rates are going up i dont think the housing market is stopping at least till end of the year...but the problem is, old houses are getting expensive as well...so i think its better to get a new one when compared

good to know.. 400 uvnde illu 550 ..550 vunde illu 650.. california rates ayipoyay dallaspuram lo... desis vuntaru.. roads vishalamga vuntai tappa.. i dont like dallaspuram.. thunder storms ... dummu dhuli.. houston is somewhat better but dallas is better interms of roads and infra

Quick question, When people say we need to shop around for mortgage, do we need to shop around for Pre-Approval as well? and how to find an agent and see what all he offer? ...desi agent aite 1-1.5% back istadu antaru kada...can anyone refer a good agent in NJ/PA area
