Pre or Post Nuptial Agreement?

I don’t think most Indians get this done legally. They r overconfident that marriage will work. 
first thing divorce attorney asks is Do you have pre or post nuptial agreement? it lists everything , in case marriage does not work - property share, support etc

Never ever get into a contract where someone gets paid to break it.

Marriage is just that and the current laws overwhelmingly favor women and they get paid if they break it. You are at the mercy of someone else.

Valid, celebrities have them! But not famous among common people, pelli ki mundhe , divorce thoughts anukuntaru mana vallu ..
