Spouse attorney can subpoena your employer Reg pay stubs and banks regarding bank statements, if it goes to trial , they look everything.. so better mutually settle and ask courts to attest it.

Lol, india lo all u need to pay back would be dowry if u had any and based on the reason for divorce may be extra but illegal cases withdraw cheskodaniki iythe u should fight in court rather than paying money for something u did not do...IMO
