Unless we see how dems are ruling, we never know what are the advantage h1 are going to get 

are u guys thinking that dems will give GC with h1 extensions 

my perspective is we are going to see economy downfall and more restrictions on visa extensions....it will happen irrespective of dems or reps being in power 

What I have seen is, every president before leaving does something good to visa holders 

1. Bushh - 2017 lo current chesadu

2. Abama- with executive order he gave h4 ead

3. Trumph- there is drastic movement in eb3/eb2

expect next one when current president leaves in 2024, apativaraku our battle with visa extensions will continue

I think rules on Visas will be a bit relaxed and approvals will be easy , backlog move aina avvakapoina atleast idanna untundi

last 4 years nunchi too many denials and rfes , not sure why some people say that this was better 

also high skilled immigration ki dates clear chesta annaru sometime back , not sure whether they will do this or not , since they have both house and senate in control they can if they want to , lets see

but yeah , no one cares about us coolies much here..low priority on their agenda , lots of other things before these are considered..

H4 EAD meedha EO and 140k minimum level 1 wages marchipoyaranukunta janalu bro. I know those things went to court, but those came out under Donald Duck and the intention was there. Who knows how bad it would have been if he got another term with no consequences for him.

H1 approvals % rates will increase . That will be the only benefit under democrats.
