That is not the issue alone kadha. There is actually no positive expectation interms of what dems will do for H1 specifically. The reality was that status quo was being threatened - to an extent with those high wage levels/h4s. We are not seeing its effect because it went to the courts and got striked down. True, the economy will feel the shocks from corona. However, a lot of this was in Republican control and people saw very little positivity. As immigrants we don’t notice what is going on with the native population. It happened in 2016 when everyone expected the dems to win. It happened now too.
