Agree.. You can still buy in Coppell or Irving with Coppell ISD if you are ok with 4-5 years old one's. Thakkuva padathayi  for sale most are getting closed in 3-4 weeks. Inka old vi ok ante you will find many options. There are lot of communities in Irving that come under Coppell ISD.

I live in Carrollton, very close to the border with Coppell. Both Coppell and Frisco have very good school districts and so houses in both places are in good demand. But there is a lot of new construction going on in Frisco when compared to Coppell; Coppell seems saturated at the moment. The advantages of Coppell are that it is very close to Irving (lot of desi restaurants and grocery stores in Irving) and it is also closer to Addison and downtown Dallas when compared to Frisco.

Try searching in Irving with school ratings 6+ for middle and high school, they are coppell ISD. Used to be 6-7 listings before 2010+ homes, all closed anukunta. keep checking daily.. fast ga close avuthayi..
