Nah bro basic ga incompetence , greed , unsustainable plan , no source of income for residents . 

Sharad pawar had lot to gain by making Lavasa successful but from inception itself it was a failure because it does not have a sustainable economic plan just like Amaravathi . Thankfully amaravathi is scaled down right now before it damage like lavasa

Construction lo chala corruption undhi but pawar hastham kadhu but everyone under him saw it as a chance go make money by doing sub contracts . 

Same happened in amaravathi , all works are sub contracted to  TDP leaders  which made construction costs escalate dramatically as seen in temporary secretariat complex  above 10 k per sqft when a multi storied building in vijaywada / Guntur does not cost above 2.5-3 k /sqft even with current sand / steel prices .

Amaravati first 2.5 years land pooling, permissions anni thecchi. Remaining 2 years lo kattindhi consider chesthe, it has been developed at good speed in CBN's tenure.
