Option 1: With these concomitant conditions like DM, HTN & Depression, age there is high chance he might not survive more than 5-6 years..better to stay alone rather than spoiling an innocent girls life.....and to concentrate on his health.

Option 2: Try to select an educated girl from a very poor background (with full background verification for criminal history of the girl's father and brothers) and to let the girl's family know all the truth before marriage.
