Democrats are big govt loving scum. 

but they are not openly courting racists. They just have very bad ideas on how to run govts.

however their fiscal plans are spot on. They are not hypocrites in that area. Conservatives preach about fiscal discipline, and then spend like crazy when in govt.

conclusion: conservatism is dead. It has morphed into racism/fascism. Liberalism is not dead. It keeps the nation state alive. I wish it was dead, but its not.
