Daaarling Posted January 10, 2021 Report Posted January 10, 2021 In office they got AMD Ryzen Laptops which look great and perform at lightening speed and to my surprise they got it at very low price. Initially they planned to get Intel laptops but later decided to go with Ryzen. They have performed few test and Ryzen excelled. Even the Animation team got same laptop. Quote

Ryzen 3 rd gen outperform Intel . But any way most of u r performance comes from nvme drives ,they are getting cheaper Quote

In laptops yes but in desktop market ryzen processors are behind value proposition in below 200$ segment right now due to supply issues of AMD. Quote

Even the Animation team got same laptop. intel is done in short term for sure, AMD has caught up with 5nm processors, not sure about power efficiency, i would say that might also have gone up due to 5nm chips compared to 10nm intel chips Quote
