Miya Ponsetto, 22, was filmed resisting arrest for a DUI in October 2020, in Ventura County, California. She can be seen attempting to squirm away from cops and screaming at them to explain why she is being arrested. Throughout the clip she claims 'I didn't do anything'. The video comes as Ponsetto arrived back in LA yesterday after leaving New York where she was arraigned on assault charges for attacking 14-year-old Keyon Harrold Jr, claiming he stole her phone.
