How to apply Indian visa for new born usa baby?

guys...OCI unte enni yrs aina undochu India lo....visa unte max 6 months anedi wrong...my kid has entry visa (forgot the exact name but 5 yrs validity icharu for US Citizen kid of Indian parents - whatever visa it is called), so my kid was in India for almost an yr....I contacted FRRO Delhi and Hyd office via email for extension beyond 6 months stay. They said kids under 11 yrs no need to apply any extension...they are absolutely fine. 

anyway, since regular visa services are closed now, only. chance is OCI....so. no worries abt stay in India

i faced this in 2019 and was able able to let wife and kid go with parents to india in under 6-7 weeks after birth
