Agreed you got many applications but considering the spill over we get this year i feel atleast they will open up filing dates if not oct atleast oka 6 months from then my guess is they will. open atleast in order to use these numbers.. Otherwise lawsuits pade chances baga yuntayi...

I so much wish they open up but reality says otherwise. prati year EB visas ne waste chestunaru konni because of lack of resources and ee year EB plus FB spillover visas ni ela vadataru asla that too in this pandemic situation with lot of office closures. only hope they do lot of interview waviers which should free up officers time which can be used to process more applications but lets see.

If uscis accepts filing dates then for sure they have move the filing dates ? Can't they keep the same filing dates and accept accept applications for people who missed filing ? 

Trying to understand the process. Does anyone have past history of filing dates acceptance bro ?

You and me are expecting to get lucky this October. This is what I hear.
 

🤞For May 2013, you might miss by a week or two or you may get greened. Uscis is on track with all the steps in the process to be greened. Biometrics notices are being sent out, EAD/ AP are getting issued. After the Biometrics and BGC, there is really not much to look at EB immigrants who are here from 8-10 years.
