Tellapur, Kollur, Narsingi, Kokapet, Gachibowli etc lo so many new projects.

Evaru kontunnaaru? Evaru Rent ki vasthaaru? Tens of thousands of new flats vasthe paristhithi enti? Asalu complete avuthaya?

okko project lo 7-8 towers untayi, each tower has 30-40 floors, each floor has 6-10 flats. each flat is 1cr for 2bhk, 1.5+ for 3bhk. Average numbers tho calculate chesthe each project = 8 (towers) * 30 (floors) * 6(flats per floor) * 1.5 (crores per flat) = 2160 crores.
There are many such projects from each big builder.

so probably the land costs around a good 45% of this price? still, these are crazy numbers.

so this numbers give a brief mean of entry barrier into hyderabad real estate biz. if your numbers are good, 10 friends with 60 crore investment each (1200Cr) can double the money in 3 months by doing plots.. interesting number, helpful.

Outskirts lo land idhi, where avg sq yrd in tellapur etc is around 50k. Undivided share for a 3 BHK is around 60 sq yrds. Land cost ranges between 50k to 1L per sq yd. So, land component for a 3BHK flat will be 30L to 60L. Construction cost will be 1.2c to 90L.
