h1b amendment required

Hi friends

 

need some help on h1b.last year June lo kotha job ki chnage ayanu and got h1b approved.

h1b lo location is my employer company address.

now recently i moved to a different client but still working at same employer location.

So in this case do i need to do an amendment again?

same location lo undi client marute amendment avasarama?

If your client allows you to work from your employer location. You don’t need an amendment. Amendment is needed if you have to work from a location different from the one filed on h1.

Doesn’t end client change trigger a ammendment?

Amendment is for location you work. Usually it will be client location.  It can be employer location too.

ok i happen to work at employer location only.

i didnt put home address thinking it would be a pblm

so employer location he petanu

One simple question - nee H1 in-house project through file chesara or client name and details mention chesi file chesara?

If client allows remote work you can work without new amendment to client location... I did

Amendment is required in any of below 4 scenarios :

- Work Location Change

- Job Title Change

- More than 10% increase/decrease of salary 

- More than 50% changes in job duties and responsibilities
