Hi All,

Can you please advice how to prepare for a L6 Software development manager position interview for Amazon. 

I did some amount of research about the over all process.

How can i prepare for the initial phone interview? The recruiter said that initial phone interview is a technical one. can anybody share their interview experience for amazon.

Also which are better groups in Amazon/Google. i am interviewing for a few groups for Amazon, Facebook and Google.
