Going by that logic, if you start Googling for the Institues and Establishments done by Jawaharlal Nehru, there will only be a starting point and never an ending point.

IITs, IIMs

Regional Engineering Colleges (later renamed as NITs)

Central Universities, JNU

AIIMS, JIPMER & many such medical Institues

And especially the list starting with 'Indian Institute of ' will run into some 300-400 names like:

 Indian Institues of (Molecular & Cellular Biologies, Chemical Technology, Petroleum, Foreign Trade ***** )

And Nehru did this at the start of the concept of 'India' after 1947 when only 30% of Indians cna afford square meals a day.

All those done between some 1951-1964, just 13 years.

Now compare with what CBN has done in 1995-2004 when the literacy of India drastically improved from 1960's time

Prathi okka vedhavaki credit kavali. 

Bengaluru exports more software than Hyderabad , Chennai , kochi , mumbai combined . No one takes claim for that because government has no involvement aside from giving some land .

Only the founders and the employees should get 99% of the credit , that 1% credit for government is just for staying out of the way .
