Megha engineering did fantastic job comapred to previous contractor  CM ramesh  . 

Still one tunnel and lot of canal network yet to be completed

Mainly Prakasam and  a small part of Kadapa , Nellore .

The main opposition for this project comes from krishna district farmers who feel they will lose even further share of water for an already unstable Krishna river . That's why TDP did not proceed with this and left it as it is . 

This project should mostly use excess flood water diversion to reservoirs, lakes  in Prakasam .

False , 80% of district is still dependant on agriculture and agri business .  konni oorlu real estate ki divert ayyayi , they cannot sustain without an economic base .
