Sometimes I feel like these people get doctorates only because of the professors fear retaliation or false cases  

Even the best govt universities suffer from this , for example JNU lo Kanhaiya Kumar is doing PHD in African studies from what I have heard .

I don't have an issue with their politics but shouldn't they be leaving the university if they want to start a political career
