Temple lands occupation . Thousands of acres of lands are occupied one way or another using litigations or falsified records . 

Contracts are a small part 

My family's farm land donated to ranganayakula swami temple is Being occupied by a communist leader  and a former priest of the temple .  They managed to falsify the record around 20 years ago .

That's probably because your temple does not have assets worth hundreds of crores .

Small example is sadavarti trust lands , why were the governments over the last 40  years so negligent over those lands ?   That's because it was deliberate silence
