client letter is not mandatory but having a project is mandatory. Keep interviewing and have a PO in hand.  Project kuda lekunda very few desi employers will do transfer in house to.  

Alternative is apply in normal processing luckily RFE vachelopala or decision vachelopala get project and update docs. This is a risky route and has a chance of denial directly.
