Texas state lo unna top 10 school districts lo 90% are in DFW area. look for houses near Frisco or Prosper top notch schools and close to everything ... It’s not Austin is super it’s just those mid sized companies and some big companies started their operations to save on Taxes... they are not obliged to move to Austin ... North Houston and North/South Dallas areas has lot more scope than Austin .. it’s just the real estate trap... waste to spend that much of money on mediocre city like Austin ... Quote
