Not war..in central america...they either submit to the cartels or die a miserable death...cartels rule the law ..all central american countries suffer the same..northern mexico is exception ..southern mexico..el salvador ..nicaragua ..all cartels ...you either surrender or get killed And note that not everyone get assylum approved if you are thinking so..there are thousands waiting for 4-5 years for assylum..
