Chances of I140 approval without previous employer experience letter

Anyone recently got I-140 approved with affidavits from co-workers ? My previous employer is not providing the experience letter. My current company's attorney said that they will apply with co-workers letters if the previous employer is not providing the letter. I only had one previous employer (desi consultancy). What are the chances for I140 approval ?
