Jharkhand and Chattisgarh separate ayaka Amaravati range lo develop avaledu kani, Bihar and Madhya Pradesh chetilo exploitation chala taggindi. Compared to previous States , yes they did . Infact it was bihar that became backward after it lost jharkand state .

Those states are landlocked with difficult terrain , they have a limited scope to develop.

Large states valla chala dhebba tintunnam. Political reasons kosam thappa deniki panikiravatledu ie big states.

First and foremost,  Uttar Pradesh, Bengal and Rajasthan ni split cheyali sub regions ki. Govt is in a position to manage finances now than ever in the history. UP ki allocations chusthe dhimma tirugutundi, endi avi pasial ae na leka inkemanna na ? poni anni paisal petina akada emaina change vuntunda anta adi ledu..

Pillalaki saduvu ledu padu ledu, 65% something is the claim by UP Govt but we know the quality of the 65%  education.
