Not surprising since there are many Muslims who believed ISIS itself was a creation of Jews and CIA. As laughable as that claim is, most of them don't have a good track record of owning up to the atrocities being committed by Sunni extremist groups. Instead, it is easy for them to deflect the blame on others as "real Sunni muslims would never take part in atrocities like this".

If someone farts in Pakistan , imran Khan will shout " this is a Hindu - Jewish conspiracy against islamic republic of Pakistan" 

Their country is in all kinds of trouble from double digit inflation , sudden currency devaluation , blackouts , terror attacks from Afghanistan , etc 

Showing india as the cause for everything is easy to distract the public from real issues like economy , inflation , etc
