I agree with most of his view points , what we have today is two parties engaged in competitive freebies . 

The point about NTR government is also true , we used have 24 hours paid current to our fields in 1983 itself . When the freebies started everything collapsed by the end of his term and went back to 6 hours current . It took chandrababu naidu to fix the damage done by NTR and subsequent freebie congress regimes . 

By 2014 everyone was expecting  old cbn back but he was just the same as this government , 44% salary hike  was a huge mistake , failed loan waiver was also a big mistake. There was no capital expenditure , no money was available for infrastructure . Salaries + freebies would take 90% of expenditure 

For 2019 both parties promised the same manifesto , the situation would have been the same if anyone came to power . The only luck state had was both the monsoon were successful . 

Center needs to bring a law that will limit the debt given to state unless they spend minimum % on capital expenditure / infrastructure creation

Emi karmo gani , to this day from 2014 state government expenditure lo almost 50% gone to salaries and pensions , freebies are not the main drain . 

Not even the employees themselves asked for 44% raise and yet here we are paying 20000 employees obscene salaries and letting them stay in Hyderabad .

Day one nunchi capital shifting ki plan chesi undali because Andhra government is paying for the economy of Hyderabad atleast 600 crores per month 

Ivr krishna Rao chepi natu , no one can stop these freebies (unless forced to do so) because people expect even more and more schemes from thin air .

First free bees start chesindi tdp. Then congi followed it and increased. Then cbn extended it further.  Now Jagan is taking it to next level.

Yep TDP promised more freebies in 2014 and about same in 2019 . Although I hate religious politics , BJP hindu politics ravali ani kotukuntuna .

2004 to 2009 was a good period for the state and the country .  mega projects like krishnapatnam port , Shamshabad airport , several SEZ were finished at that time while also doing freebies . 

The budget was also well balanced  debt to GSDP was below 25% , ofcourse corruption kooda peaks ki poyindhi , that's a different matter altogether
