The near future seems most jobs will be remote, many are moving to towns and villages. so that they can enjoy country side. Quote

phatposts Posted January 22, 2021 Report Posted January 22, 2021 almost 2y ago i went to Nashville and spent a whole day with a realtor to look at investment properties and later roamed on my own to get a feel for the neighborhoods. I felt the prices are too high for the investment numbers to work. Now the prices are much higher but rents are the same, which makes it much lesser attractive for investments. For primary living it is still a nice little town Quote
