Manaki ae job ayna okate we work hard to keep our jobs esp we indians But Contractors ki performance reviews enduku ivvaru? entha kashtapadda managers ki mana viluva telvadu, mana kashtapadedi telvadu, pakkanodu thokkestadu ane feeling even though you perform. Don't ask me any details but is this the same feeling for Contractors or is it jus me? Quote

jambalhaatraja Posted January 22, 2021 Report Posted January 22, 2021 Simple answer contractors are street kukkalu. have to always bark to give security to owner (application) and eat the pulihora(no benefits) owner gives FTE are pet kukkalu. no need to bark. once owner is tired it give nice happiness and stays for long with owner.
