Hydrockers Posted January 23, 2021 Report Posted January 23, 2021 ఎపి ఎన్నికల కమిషనర్ నిమ్మగడ్డ రమేష్ పంచాయతీ ఎన్నీకల నోటిఫికేషన్ ఇచ్చిన తీరుపై పలు విమర్శలు వస్తున్నాయి.నిమ్మగడ్డ తన మీడియా సమావేశంలో ఒక పెద్ద అద్దం అడ్డం పెట్టుకుని పాల్గొన్నారు.ఇది ఎన్.జి.ఓ. సంఘాలకు ఆయుధంగా మారింది. ఉద్యోగ సంఘాల నేతలు మీరు ప్రాణ భయంతో గ్లాస్ షీల్డ్ అడ్డం పెట్టుకుని జాగ్రత్తపడ్డారని,మరి అదే ఉద్యోగులు మాత్రం తమ ప్రాణాలను పణంగా పెట్టాలని నిమ్మగడ్డ చూస్తున్నారని విమర్శిస్తున్నారు. తమను చంపడానికి, భయభ్రాంతులకు గురి చేయడానికి నిమ్మగడ్డ ప్రయత్నిస్తున్నారని ఆయన అన్నారు. పరిస్థితి ఇలాగే కొనసాగితే సమ్మె చేస్తామని ఎన్.జి.ఓ సంఘం అద్యక్షుడు చంద్రశేఖరరెడ్డి హెచ్చరించారు Quote

This could be one of the rare scenarios where govt employees threatening to boycott election duty with support of govt. It would be interesting to see how HC/SC will handle this. What ever judgement they give will used as reference for several cases in future Quote
