(yes even before using bathroom or brushing teeth) [even if it makes you wanna throw up in the initial days (u will soon build the tolerance to handle 1L in one shot)] Over-all well being, easy bowel movements, clear skin, hydrated throughout the day, hungry for breakfast and most importantly no migraines!!!  I am addicted to doing this everyday now. 1 Quote
