People are saying because of no lumber..house construction is shortage..housing will crash after construction people start constructions again and interest rates go up

Absolutely true. Whatever interest rates we see may not stay the same , by the time we close home. What if rates goes high in june ?  And we will end up in paying higher monthly payments.

 

interest taggina , builder rates penchadu. Lower interest rates tho 30 years lo save aye money, ivale builder ki advance gaa kaduthunaru + inflation.

 

10K today is  greater 10K after 10 years.

Plano lo unte , landon homes Pecan meadow chudu - Allen city and Plano ISD. The prices are still affordable.
