There are clear and obvious alternatives to rightwinger agenda.

rightwingers have the advantage that most dispossessed people will not be politically active and demand their rights. for eg. non-voters are probably the biggest minority, and they don't care because they already gave up.

so rightwingers being aggressively stupid, and left side pretending to care and not actually do anything, is just how life goes on.

ofcourse there are some right wing groups that reject nations and do have some interesting ideas to borrow from. but its way outside regular discourse.

if left cares about this political structure called 'nation', then it effectively has the same agenda as the right. 

It may still be useful to support it to further small political battles, but that kind of left has to be discarded like tissue paper once iits use runs out.
