You cannot have multiple capitals.. you can have one administrative capital .where all politicians , secretary and court judicial are located.. and you can have a city that is officially capital..example is Kaula lampur and putrajaya 

And a financial capital like Mumbai..

 

You can never seperated judicial administrative capital..but politicians want that to show supremacy politically in certain regions..

 

 

But you can split financial capital ..

We need new cities being built especially for financial using new city plan and wider roads... Sri city in nellore and kavali has great scope to become a financial capital in south..

Yes..uttar pradesh , Bihar , madhya pradesh and gujarath..these four states always gives MP seats to national parties..if regional parties come to power in UP , madhya pradesh and Bihar..then it will be a different ball game
