Wrong. It takes 4 years, know plenty of people that got it in 4 years.

You can get IT jobs in Canada but it takes time, that's all. All my friends who live in Canada got jobs 6 months to 1 year after moving there.

Even I know people who got in less than 3 years..if you go today it will take 7 years..

Less than 3 years is not possible at all

3 yrs of stay is eligibility criteria to even apply for citizenship

processing time after you apply is one year

this one year you don’t have to reside in the country if you don’t want to

Less than 3 years was never possible, I don't know where you are coming up with that news.

It is not 7 years, again fake news from somewhere.

You should go read it from the original source,

Time you’ve lived in Canada (physical presence)

covid-icon-new.pngExtra days spent abroad due to COVID-19 will not count as days in Canada. You must still meet the physical presence requirement for your citizenship application.

Find out how COVID-19 affects your citizenship application.

Track your time

Use a travel journal to record your trips outside Canada. This helps you calculate how many days you’ve been in Canada (your physical presence in Canada).

Get the travel journal

You (and some minors, if applicable) must have been physically in Canada for at least 1,095 days (3 years) during the 5 years before the date you sign your application.

We encourage you to apply with more than 1,095 days of living in Canada in case there’s a problem with the calculation.

In your calculation, you may be able to include some of the time you spent

This is Canada govt's official website, not some anta.com news

Yeah it was never possible, even before the EE program it wasn't possible. So I don't know what his source for that was

That was back in 2018 when I first received invitation , I didn't check recently you need 1095 days of minimum stay and 12 months is for application approval
