Buy some equipment and workout at home

in gym you literally have to touch everything.

if you can be very conscious through out workout not touching your face then may be you're good.

Nenu Mar2020 nundi gym lo kaalu pettaledhu... just walking, yoga and once in a while push-ups , crunches, planks!

I used to go to cyclebar too, stopped that too.

Cycle bar  ma area lo limited ppl and limited class timings ..wear mask until ur on bike ..

Keeping up with home work outs is so stressful at least for me ..I need some accountable coach for my workouts ..so started going to gym three day week  very early in the morning and twice a week walk /run ..

I keep myself accountable 😊, I am good at it. Even if it’s 11pm, I am finishing 10k steps

Antha discipline ledhu Naaku ..I can easily fall off the radar ..so home work outs are not for me ..twice a week walk/run koda I will announce it loud to my family (you know how your spouse will eye roll at you if you skip ur schedule )

chaala mandhi kondi gaaalu uses phone while gyming.... and forgets to clean after gym ... continue to use at home
