Every major forum has some type of spy on it. These spies aren't even necessarily employed as such. They are bound by secrecy, they see something they know should be kept secret. They call their superior, it's escalated, that person's information is pulled (yes without a subpoena or even close to it), and then depended upon what they divulged a phone call would occur, a visit, or a disappearance.

Majority of the time a phone call is more than enough.
