Vomerica is in dangerous situation right now from economics perspective.  

Moratoriums, packages and bubbles tho nadipisthunnaru. I dont think this will sustain any longer. We are reaching climax stage.

I agree at the same time other side saying that 24 month up trend ippudu ani. secure things now with low interest rates with some backup money. if we buy now it will increase at least but 15 to 20% antha malli padipoyina we will be good anipistundi. as interest rates will increase and ppl will start renting more than buying.
