It appears the deal is almost sealed.

Tata’s seems to be making good moves to acquire Air India. 

They are dealing with Singapore Airlines and Air Asia stake buy out. 

Read some where that Tata’s want to project Air India as international only service and Vistara as domestic.

India now has vaccum for international carrier. If Air India can re gain their commanding stake in international market, Growth assured for another decade.
