can we file 2019 and 2020 taxes together? if we cant how can we file 2019 taxes now.

2) also do they ask tax documents while applying for mortgage loan and closing.

3) if Yes for point 2 , is it ok if i can just submit 2020 taxes and submit the documents.

They will ask for latest tax returns only kaka

Did you file extension last year ? Asalu taxes file cheyakapovadam enti sir without extn ( if you didnt file) ?  Btw you can file and also correct last year taxes but usually filing extn tesukuntaru. Check with tax consultant for more info.

Yes you can file 2019 and 2020 together

mortgage loan they will ask for w2.. and your year end paystub

Why are you worried? Just say didnt file taxes.. not a big deal

yes you can. I filed 2012 taxes n 2015 and got a return. You can file taxes upto 4 or 6 years after the end date. They might give u some penalty if u have to pay them, if its the other way around they dont care
