Idea to stop religion conversions - reservations in recruitment of priests

Government should take over priest recruitment for temples under endowment department and do open recruitment like other government jobs. Implement caste based reservations in priest recruitment so that all communities will be part of temple and will confident that they are not ignored. Then train them on vedas.

Actually veda patashalas which are maintained by govt are already open for everyone currently. No restrictions on caste basis.

Problem is no one wants to learn.. traditional brahmins themselves are leaving it is not lucrative..why would other people join now knowing the problems
