Telugodura456 Posted January 31, 2021 Report Posted January 31, 2021 Goat is better. THe meat is leaner, meat is also slightly tougher but if you cook in pressure cooker it doesnt matter. Also the flavor is much nicer. Only area where lamb scores is that as it is more tender meat you can grill it. Otherwise lamb is fatty and flavor is not as good. Quote

North lo goat popular in some states so US lo different breeds kada.... here goat meat is more popular than lamb . Why popular ante depends on fat content ,flavour etc... Quote
